My overall experience at MediLodge of Rochester Hills has been good. It was clean, safe, and pleasant. Staff were helpful and treated my family well.

The care of the aides, nurses, social services, and others make MediLodge of Rochester Hills well worth considering for care of a loved one. This group bends over backwards to be of helpful caring service. All my requests and questions are handled in a timely manner. I would consider placement of other loved ones (or myself) at this location.

Physical therapy and the nursing staff were always there to help me, along the way. I came to the building barely able to care for myself, with a trach, peg tube and much more going on with me. Today, I wouldn't be ready to go home if it wasn't for the caring and loving staff at MediLodge of Rochester Hills. – M. Adams

At first I was very hesitant to come to MediLodge of Rochester Hills for skilled nursing and therapy services. After getting there and coming to know the staff I would highly recommend MediLodge of Rochester Hills to anyone and everyone. The therapy department in my opinion is the best in the country! I have been to many therapy rehab centers and never have I had an experience as positive as the one I have had at MediLodge of Rochester Hills. If you are debating on coming, don’t, you will not regret your decision to do therapy at MediLodge of Rochester Hills.

I saw your patience and compassion every day when I was there... You are truly to be commended for your passion in your jobs. I saw CNA's come in and just hold hands with someone... I saw Nurses and CNA's come in and hug and care for (residents) in a way that many will never see... I saw Social Workers go out of their way just to make sure someone's every need was met.I would be proud to recommend your facility to anyone and any time.

I find the staff to be compassionate, caring and friendly. My compliments to them as I know how much patience and understanding it often takes.

The entire staff should be commended for their extra efforts... I cannot tell you how impressed I was with every department there. Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Dietary all went above and beyond... It was a humbling experience to be a part of so many caring people from MediLodge of Rochester Hills. You all stepped up to the plate and made some difficult times more that just bearable. All of you together are the best nursing home team I have had the opportunity to observe and I have been so blessed to be on the receiving end of your services.
